我们工段1976年4月份大修一台T68型镗床,很多部件需要更换,其中主轴套全长954毫米,内孔是通孔,需重新镶套后磨圆,精度二级,光洁度▽8。我工段的磨床远不能磨出这样长的通孔。时间紧,任务迫,在工段党支部的领导下,组织了一个攻关小组,决心依靠自己的力量,修好主轴套,向伟大的“五一”节献礼。我们决定用C620型车床代替磨床,加上一个自制的土磨具来磨出这个零件的内孔(附图)。1.选用一台认为精度较高的车床,检查了导轨平直性精度,结果基本满意。2.利用尾座板,去掉尾座上部,重新翻一
Our section overhaul in April 1976 a T68 boring machine, many parts need to be replaced, of which spindle sleeve full length 954 mm, the hole is through-hole, to be re-set after grinding round, precision two, finish ▽ 8. The grinder in my section is far from being able to grind this long through hole. Time is tight and tasks are forced. Under the leadership of the section branch, a task force has been set up and determined to rely on its own strength to repair the bushings and give a tribute to the great May Day. We decided to use the C620 lathe instead of the grinder, with a home made abrasive to grind the inner hole of the part (photo). 1. Choose a high precision lathe, check the rail straightness accuracy, the results are basically satisfied. 2. The use of tailstock board, remove the upper tailstock, turn over again
