马尔科夫链除用于说明进界生长之外,还可用于说明生长、枯死和林木收获量,在此则用于估计树木的大小级分布。最小的或更大的立木分属于1至17大小级,特殊的0大小级作为潜在进界生长林木的归宿,也作为枯死和采伐林木的归处。进界生长量是脱离0大小级进入较大级别的变化。相反,枯死和采伐表示脱离较大级别进入0大小级的变化。这里还对马尔科夫链的应用,包括稳态大小级分布的计算做了研究。
The Markov chain can be used to illustrate the growth, the mortality and the harvest of trees, in addition to the description of the growth of the addi- tional tree, where it is used to estimate the size distribution of trees. The smallest or larger stands belong to the scale of 1 to 17, with the special 0 size as the destination for potential ingrowth forests and also as the place for dead and logged trees. The amount of ingrowth is a change away from the 0 level to a larger level. In contrast, withering and harvesting indicated a shift from a larger level into a 0-level change. The application of Markov chain, including the calculation of steady-state size distribution, is also studied here.
