今年六月,我参加了国家教委在上海、南京召开的城市中小学德育工作经验交流会。这次会议是继1988年全国中小学德育工作会议之后,又一次全国性的、专门讨论研究中小学德育工作的重要会议。会议的主要议题是:研究如何充分利用各地的条件加强对中小学生的爱国主义和革命传统教育;如何优化校内外育人环境,加强中小学生道德文明行为的养成教育和思想政治教育;如何做好教职工,特别是青年教师的思想政治教育工作;如何理顺领导管理体制,加强党和政府对中小学德育和教职员工思想政治工作的领导。本文想重点简介沪宁两市的经验,并结合自己的学习体会对我区的中小学德育工作提几点建议。
In June of this year, I participated in the National School Board of Education in Shanghai and Nanjing to discuss the experience of urban moral education in primary and secondary schools. This conference is another national conference devoted to the study of moral education in primary and secondary schools after the 1988 national conference on moral education in primary and secondary schools. The main topics of the conference are: how to make full use of local conditions to strengthen the education of patriotism and revolutionary traditions for primary and secondary school students; how to optimize the educational environment both inside and outside the school; strengthen the education of ethical and moral conduct of elementary and middle school students; and ideological and political education; Good teaching staff and workers, especially young teachers, ideological and political education work; how to rationalize the leadership management system, and strengthen the party and government leadership of moral education and teaching staff in primary and secondary schools ideological and political work. This article would like to focus on the experience of the Shanghai-Nanjing City, and combined with my own learning experience to provide some suggestions for the moral education in primary and secondary schools in our district.
