有些妇女往往妊娠达到某一月份时就会发生流产,甚至多次流产,给她们的心理及健康造成很大的影响。引起习惯性流产的原因很多,目前已证实于妊娠早期发生习惯性流产者,60%以上是由于孕妇及其爱人中存在遗传基因缺陷或受外界不良环境如放射、药物等影响而导致胚胎染色体异常所造成。此外,习惯性早期流产的原因还有黄体功能不全、甲状腺功能减退、子宫畸形、子宫腔粘连、子宫肌瘤等。习惯性晚期流产最常见的原因是子宫颈内口松弛,可因先天性发育异常,也可因分娩、刮宫或子宫颈手
