新形势下,要想能够做好企业员工经常性思想工作,一般都离不开对我们所在的社会现实条件的剖析以及把握,离不开对社会转型时期思想领域特点规律的剖析和把握,也离不开对新形势下企业员工思想变化规律的剖析和把握。只有充分地认识到思想工作碰到的新情况、新问题以及新挑战,找到应对新挑战的新方法,研究出解决的新途径、新方法,才能够不断地增强企业员工思想工作的针对性、有效性,才能够把经常性思想工作落到实处。
