以普通玉米花粉为对照,对特用玉米(糯玉米、甜玉米、高油玉米)花粉的蛋白质、总糖、核酸、氨基酸及维生素等营养成分的含量进行了测定与分析,发现玉米花粉的营养成分含量比较高,不同类型玉米花粉的营养成分含量存在较大差异。糯玉米花粉的蛋白质、氨基酸、VA、Vc的含量高于其它类型玉米花粉,特别是糯玉米花粉的赖氨酸、色氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸含量最高。从营养的角度来看,糯玉米花粉是较为优良的花粉,在营养保健方面具有较大的应用价值。
The contents of protein, total sugar, nucleic acid, amino acids and vitamins in special corn (waxy corn, sweet corn and high oil corn) pollen were measured and analyzed by using ordinary corn pollen.
