目的:研究七叶皂甙钠对急性胰腺炎所致肝脏损害的影响。方法:Wistar鼠分为三组,正常组、急性胰腺炎组及七叶皂甙钠治疗组。通过对急性胰腺炎大鼠静脉注射七叶皂甙钠,测定肝组织内ATP含量,肝脏的细胞能荷及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)等各项指标。结果:用药组较对照组肝组织内ATP含量高,肝功能损害较轻。结论:七叶皂甙钠对急性胰腺炎所致肝脏损害具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of sodium aescinate on liver damage caused by acute pancreatitis. Methods: Wistar rats were divided into three groups: normal group, acute pancreatitis group and aescinate sodium treatment group. Through intravenous injection of aescinate sodium in rats with acute pancreatitis, the determination of ATP content in liver tissue, liver cell energy and serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and other indicators. Results: Compared with the control group, the ATP content in the liver tissue of the drug group was higher, and the liver function was less damaged. Conclusion: Aescinate has obvious protective effect on liver damage caused by acute pancreatitis.
