利用盆栽试验研究淡紫拟青霉菌剂、杀线虫剂和日晒消毒土壤对烟草根结线虫病的防治效果及其对烟草植株生长的影响．结果表明，淡紫拟青霉（Ｐａｅｃｉｌｏｍｙｃｅｓｌｉｌａｃｉｎｕｓ（Ｔｈｏｍ）Ｓａｍｓｏｎ）能有效地抑制烟草根结线虫的发生并促进植株生长．施用菌剂的植株病情指数比对照下降３４％，根部和地上部植株鲜重、叶长和株高均有明显增加．
Pot experiments were conducted to study the control effects of Paecilomyces lilacinus, nematicide and sun-polluted soils on tobacco root-knot nematode disease and their effects on tobacco plant growth. The results showed that Paecilomyces lilacinus (Thom) Samson could effectively inhibit the occurrence of root-knot nematode and promote plant growth. The plant disease index decreased by 34% compared with the control. The root and shoot fresh weight, leaf length and plant height both increased obviously.
