近20年来,人类细胞遗传学飞速发展,发现了人类细胞遗传方面的许多异常,从而给人类遗传学与畸形学开辟了新的天地。先天性畸形患者可进行染色体研究。但为所有的畸形患者作染色体分析法检查,目前还办不到。如有筛选常染色体畸变的方法,将有助于决定有否进行该种检查的必要。近十年来,作者对于具有先天性畸形,智力低下和皮纹嵴图型(Dermatoglyphicpatterns)异常的患者作细胞遗传学检查。
In the recent 20 years, the rapid development of human cytogenetics has uncovered many abnormalities in human cytogenetics and has opened up a new world for human genetics and deformity.
