拓宽工作思路,激活运行机制伴随着中国企业逐步走向成熟的市场经济的同时,厦门经理学院也圆满完成了原国家经贸委企业培训系列院校(中心)全员聘任制的改革试点工作,与此同时在改革中还完成了一系列关于培训工作思路、运行机制和管理模式的自我更新,推出了“培训项目处室责任制”, 为学院的培训业务发展提供了一个充满活力的新型运行机制平台。

The “responsibility system for training programs and departments” has been launched, which provides a dynamic platform for the development of the training business of the college .
