法国高级美发协会,成立于一九四五年。当时正值二次大战后,一批很具影响及远见的巴黎美发业人士,包括艾尔拔·普尔哀(Albert Pourriere)、巴黎亚历山大(Alexandre de Paris)、佳莉雅姐妹(De CaritaSisters)、威廉(Guillaume)等等,经常聚会,交流意见,创作最新的发型,为扩大法国发型的影响而努力。最终于1945年2月26日正式创立了法国高级美发协会。 该协会是国际上唯一以创作及推广发型潮流为任务的重要组织,下设由多位法国著名发型设计师组成的创作小组,专门从事研究及创导最新的发型潮流。协会每年定期在巴黎举办两次最新春夏季(二月份)及
French hairdressing Association, was established in 1945.
