当前环境危机加剧引起社会普遍关注。追溯原因则有传媒消费主义盛行、传媒鼓动超前、过度消费获得了广泛认同却同时带来了持续加重的环境污染;传媒消费主义扩张的一个直接结果是瓦解了传统消费美德,纵容了奢侈浪费。对此需要传媒为主导的纠偏机制,需要外部力量对传媒消费主义加以约束,以重塑现代价值,遏制过度消费,保护环境生态,逐步实现人与自然和谐的美景。
