职业技术教育在我国现阶段正处于蓬勃发展的阶段,各大高职院校招生规模的连年扩大为我国工业化多元化的可持续发展培养了一大批适合现代化发展的生力军。伴随着我国职业技术人才专业化,科技化和国际化的发展,英语作为一个知识和交流的媒介,在职业技术教育中的桥梁和关键作用凸显出来。但由于高职院校的学生生源比较复杂,许多高职院校就外语教学方面针对不同基础的学生进行了英语分层式教学管理。这样的教学方式对于学生而言是比较有利的,因为学校和老师可以针对他们具体的英语学习情况选择适合他们的教材和考核方式。但对于教师而言,除了拥有较强的英语专业知识外还必须掌握针对各种基础的生源,控制和掌握好课堂教学气氛,找到同学们乐于接受的教学
Vocational and technical education is at a vigorous stage at present in our country.
