白虎加桂枝汤是治疗痹证的重要方剂。实验表明该方有明显的退热作用,小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法均证实该方有提高痛阈的作用,该方能降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,对大白鼠和小白鼠的炎症反应都有明显抑制作用。这些可能是该方治疗痹证的药理基础。
White Tiger plus Guizhi Tang is an important prescription for the treatment of phlegm syndrome. Experiments showed that the side had obvious antipyretic effects. Both the mouse hot plate method and the acetic acid writhing method confirmed that the prescription had the effect of increasing the pain threshold. This method can reduce the permeability of the abdominal capillary in mice, and the rats and small rats. The inflammatory response of rats has a significant inhibitory effect. These may be the pharmacological basis for the treatment of delirium.
