1、始终坚持两个文明一起抓。苏州市各级党政领导把以经济建设为中心、两个文明一起抓的思想扎扎实实落实在领导责任和各项工作之中。苏州市委、市政府今年初以正式文件下达1992年度两个文明建设100项奋斗目标中,精神文明建设目标约50项,年终将通过“五杯”竞赛活动,对两个文明建设分解目标
