生物标准样品的制备在电子显微镜 X 射线微区定量分析工作中是必不可少的。本文介绍的电镜二元生物薄标样的制备技术和计算方法,克服了传统生物标样制备过程中不均匀和不稳定的问题,使它在电镜 X 射线微区定量分析工作中起到一定的作用。
The preparation of biological standards in the electron microscopy X-ray micro-quantitative analysis of the work is essential. In this paper, the preparation technology and calculation method of the electron microscope binary biosorbent sample overcomes the problem of uneven and unstable during the preparation of the traditional bio-standard sample, and makes it play a certain role in the quantitative analysis of X-ray micro-area of electron microscope effect.
