随着篮球规则不断对进攻时间进行限制,无论是进攻与防守的地面制约,还是制空高度、制空能力的争夺都将更加激烈,这势必对攻守转换提出更高的要求。本文对第28届雅典奥运会男子篮球中国队6场比赛的攻防速度和与之比赛的6支球队的攻防速度进行了对比和研究,结果表明攻防转换速度快的球队,胜率较高。从攻守战术实施和运用的时空内容,彼此间相互关联的若干因素等揭示篮球运动攻防转换速度的重要性。
As the rules of basketball continue to limit the attack time, both the offensive and defensive ground constraints, or the height of the air, the battle for air capacity will be more intense, which is bound to shift the offense and defense put forward higher requirements. The paper compares the attack and defense speed of 6 games of Chinese Men ’s Basketball Team and the offense and defense speed of 6 teams in the 28th Athens Olympic Games. The results show that the team with the faster offense and defense conversion rate has a higher winning percentage. From the time and space of the implementation and application of offensive and defensive tactics, some factors are related to each other to reveal the importance of basketball offense and defense conversion speed.
