体育原本是通过体育游戏来进行的,体育游戏在高职体育教学中有重要地位。体育游戏是高职学校用于锻炼学生身体和各方面素质的重要途径,通过一些游戏对接下来学习的内容进行铺垫。本文主要研究了体育游戏在高职体育教学中的作用、特点、应用的方法及在运用过程中的一些注意事项。
Sports were originally carried out through sports games. Sports games play an important role in the teaching of physical education in higher vocational schools. Sports games are an important way for vocational schools to exercise the students’ physique and all aspects of their qualities. Some games will pave the way for the following study. This paper mainly studies the function, characteristics, application methods and some precautions in the process of using sports games in PE teaching in higher vocational schools.
