在大力倡导构建社会主义和谐社会的今天,社会稳定关系重大,尤其是在多民族背景下的我国,民族自治地区的社会稳定显得尤为重要。近年来影响民族自治地区稳定的因素普遍存在。2015年3月15日新修改的立法法,扩大了地方的立法权,民族自治地方人大可以按照本地区的实际情况来作出相应的立法。本文拟从维护民族地方社会稳定为视角对民族自治地方的立法进行研究,以期对我国民族自治地区的社会稳定发展以及我国社会经济的可持续发展有所裨益。
In vigorously promoting the building of a harmonious socialist society today, social stability is of great importance. Especially in the multi-ethnic context, the social stability of our country and the ethnic autonomous areas is of particular importance. The factors that have affected the stability of the ethnic autonomous areas in recent years are ubiquitous. The newly revised legislative act of March 15, 2015 has expanded the local legislative power and the NPC of a national autonomous area can make corresponding legislation according to the actual conditions in the region. This article intends to study the legislation of national autonomous areas from the perspective of safeguarding the social stability of ethnic areas, with a view to the social stability and development of our national autonomous areas and the sustainable development of our society and economy.
