胃间质瘤是胃黏膜下肿瘤,大多数胃黏膜下肿瘤是平滑肌瘤或良性间质瘤,但仍需广泛切除,仅凭活检难以与平滑肌肉瘤、恶性间质瘤鉴别[1]。内镜或手术切除是治疗胃良性肿瘤的主要方法[2]。我院2006年至2007年应用腹腔镜技术治疗胃间质瘤5例,现报道如下。
Gastric stromal tumors are gastric submucosal tumors, most of the gastric submucosal tumors are leiomyomas or benign stromal tumors, but still need extensive excision, biopsy alone is difficult to identify with leiomyosarcoma, malignant stromal tumors [1]. Endoscopic or surgical removal of gastric benign tumor is the main method [2]. Our hospital from 2006 to 2007 laparoscopic treatment of gastric stromal tumors in 5 cases, are reported below.
