导向滑靴是采煤机正常运行的关键零件,由于工作环境恶劣、受力复杂、维护困难,使其成为采煤机的易损件。其损坏形式主要为过快磨损和断裂,其中磨损问题最为复杂。通过对4种耐磨材料对比试验的分析与研究,在具有良好韧性的基材上得到良好耐磨性的熔覆层,提高导向滑靴耐磨性能。
The guide shoe is the key part of the normal operation of the coal winning machine. Due to the poor working environment, complex force and difficult maintenance, the guide shoe becomes the vulnerable part of the coal winning machine. The main form of damage is too fast wear and tear, of which the most complex wear problems. Through the analysis and research on the contrast test of four kinds of wear-resistant materials, the cladding layer with good wear resistance is obtained on the substrate with good toughness, and the wear resistance of the guide shoe is improved.
