我院1981～1983年共收治急性杀虫脒中毒100例,报道如下: 临床资料男34例,女66例。年龄2.5～72岁。因生产过程操作不精或防护不当,造成吸入性中毒共19例。自服或误服共81例,其中单纯杀虫脒中毒68例,复合性中毒13例 (并有机磷农药中毒11例,并有机氯中毒2例)。临床表现:单纯杀虫脒中毒68例中吸入性中毒19例,由于吸入毒物量少,加之及时处理,故临床表现不严重,主要有头昏、头痛、乏力、纳差、上腹不适,四肢麻木
In our hospital from 1981 to 1983 were treated 100 cases of acute chlordimeform poisoning, reported as follows: Clinical data of 34 males and 66 females. Age 2.5 to 72 years old. Inadequate or improper operation due to poor production process, resulting in a total of 19 cases of inhalation poisoning. A total of 81 cases of self-service or mistakenly served, including simple chlordimeform poisoning in 68 cases, complex poisoning in 13 cases (and organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in 11 cases, and 2 cases of organochlorine poisoning). Clinical manifestations: simple chlordimeform poisoning 68 cases of inhalation poisoning in 19 cases, due to small amounts of inhaled poisons, combined with timely treatment, so the clinical manifestations are not serious, mainly dizziness, headache, fatigue, anorexia, abdominal discomfort, limbs numbness
