近年来,随着公共财政理论的发展,公共支出也逐渐形成其理论体系。以公共支出论的面貌出现,国内外学者对其进行了多角度的、大量的定性与定量研究,成果堪称“丰富”。这种状况,一方面推动着公共支出研究向纵深发展,但另一方面,也容易令人产生信息纷繁、应接不暇的感觉。阎坤教授和王进杰博士的新作《公共支出理论前沿》 (中国人民大学出版社2004年9月出版)可以说是应时而生,给读者带来关于公共支出理论最新进展的条理化、系统性认识。
In recent years, with the development of public finance theory, public expenditure gradually formed its theoretical system.
