企业发展过程中,对其各个部门的工作以及人员进行科学、合理的管理是必不可少的,其中薪酬管理,与员工的切实利益联系密切,因此,管理阶层需要更加重视,薪酬管理工作的有效执行,能够稳定员工情绪,激发员工工作的热情,从而使其能够积极进行工作,为企业做出更多贡献,但是现阶段,从我国企业薪酬管理的现状来看,其中还存在很多人为问题,全面分析这些问题,并有针对性的采取治理措施,是非常必要的,文章以建筑企业为例,对其内部所存在的薪酬管理问题首先进行了分析,并有针对性的提出了对策。
