【目的】观察染铅大鼠海马各区生长抑素 (SS)mRNA阳性神经元的表达情况。【方法】Wistar大鼠饮用 2mg/ml醋酸铅 3m后 ,采用原子吸收、免疫组化和原位杂交技术检测各组血和脑中的铅含量 ,海马CA1区和CA3 区SSmRNA阳性神经元数目。【结果】与正常对照组比较 ,铅暴露组大鼠血铅和脑铅含量明显升高 ,(P <0 0 5 ) ,海马CA1区及CA3 区SSmRNA阳性神经元数目明显减少 (P <0 0 5 )。【结论】SSmRNA在染铅大鼠海马CA1区和CA3 区中的表达明显下降。
【Objective】 To observe the expression of somatostatin (SS) mRNA positive neurons in hippocampus of lead-exposed rats. 【Method】 The Wistar rats drinking 3 mg of lead acetate (2 mg / ml) for 3 months, then detected the content of lead and the number of SSmRNA positive neurons in hippocampal CA1 and CA3 by using atomic absorption spectrometry, immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. 【Results】 Compared with the normal control group, the content of lead and lead in blood lead significantly increased (P <0 05), and the number of SSmRNA positive neurons in CA1 and CA3 of hippocampus significantly decreased (P <0 0 5). 【Conclusion】 The expression of SSmRNA in hippocampal CA1 and CA3 areas of lead-exposed rats decreased significantly.
