目的:运用锥形束CT(CBCT)分析成人安氏Ⅰ类错正畸治疗前、后髁突形态在三维方向上的变化。方法 :选取25例临床无口腔颞下颌关节紊乱症状的成人安氏Ⅰ类错患者(男5例,女20例)正畸治疗前、后双侧颞下颌关节的CBCT影像,应用Mimics10.01软件对CBCT影像进行三维重建,测量正畸治疗前、后髁突的高度、最大轴位平面和最大矢状位平面的面积及骨密度,三维髁突及上部三维髁突的体积及骨密度,采用SPSS19.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:最大轴位平面和最大矢状位平面的面积和骨密度值较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);三维髁突体积及骨密度和上部三维髁突骨密度较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:成人安氏Ⅰ类错正畸治疗前、后髁突发生适应性的改建。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the changes of the condyle shape in adult and class Ⅰ malocclusion orthodontics in three dimensions before and after treatment with cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: CBCT images of bilateral temporomandibular joint before and after orthodontic treatment were selected from 25 patients with clinical Class Ⅰ malocclusion without temporomandibular joint disorder (5 males and 20 females). Mimics 10.01 software Three-dimensional reconstruction of CBCT images was performed to measure the condylar height, maximal axial plane and maximal sagittal plane area and bone density, three-dimensional condyle and upper three-dimensional condyle volume and bone density before and after orthodontic treatment. SPSS19.0 software package for statistical analysis of the data. Results: The area and the BMD of the maximal axial plane and the maximal sagittal plane were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The volume of three-dimensional condyle, the density of the three-dimensional condyle and the density of the upper three-dimensional condyle were significantly lower than those before treatment <0.05). Conclusions: The condylar condyles are adaptively reconstructed before and after the orthodontic treatment of Class Ⅰ malocclusion in adults.
