目前国产ZL40/50型装载机,大多配用由双涡轮四元件变矩器和2进1退行星式变速器构成的行星式动力换挡变速器。该种变速器虽然性能优良,但因长期在恶劣的环境中连续作业,仍暴露出不少技术问题。为此,我们在不改变其安装和连接尺寸的前提下,对其逐项进行了技术改进。改进后的新型变速操纵阀的性能达到同型产品中的先进水平。
At present, the domestic ZL40 / 50 loaders are mostly equipped with a planetary power shift transmission composed of a twin-turbine four-component torque converter and a 2-in-1 deactivated planetary transmission. Although the kind of transmission performance, but due to long-term continuous operation in harsh environments, still exposed a lot of technical problems. For this reason, we made technical improvements on a case-by-case basis without changing the size of the installation and connection. Improved performance of the new variable speed control valve to achieve the same level of advanced products.
