结合企业岗位需求,从高职机电类专业人才培养目标出发,分析了目前人才培养模式;结合目前项目组的实际研究,认真分析了融“企业真实项目”及“挑战杯”系列创新竞赛项目于日常教学内容的教学模式,经过探索、应用、推广,这种教学模式贴近企业岗位需求,接近职业教育对技术技能人才的培养目标,也能提升学生的创新能力及创新思维的培养,达到高素质的要求,还能带动专业课程、校企合作建设及技术服务能力的提升。
Based on the needs of the enterprise post, this paper analyzes the current training mode of the Talents Training Program based on the goal of cultivating the professional electromechanical professionals in higher vocational colleges. Combining with the actual research of the current project team, we carefully analyze the series of “Real Projects” and “Challenge Cup” Innovation teaching project in the daily teaching content of the teaching mode, through exploration, application, promotion, this teaching mode close to the needs of enterprise positions, close to vocational training of technical and technical personnel training objectives, but also to enhance students’ ability to innovate and train innovative thinking , To achieve high-quality requirements, but also to promote professional courses, school-enterprise cooperation and technical service capabilities.
