[目的]旨在探究坡柳皂苷的室内活性,为坡柳皂苷在农药领域的应用提供参考。[方法]采用无限量取食法、叶碟法、半叶法分别测定坡柳皂苷对果蝇的胃毒活性、小菜蛾幼虫的非选择性拒食活性及甘蓝蚜虫的选择性拒食活性。[结果]坡柳皂苷对雄果蝇72 h的LC50值为0.367 7 g/L,雌果蝇的LC50值为0.532 9 g/L;对小菜蛾3龄幼虫24、48、72 h的非选择性拒食活性逐渐降低,AFC50值从0.443 g/L升至0.660 5 g/L;对甘蓝蚜的24、48、72 h的AFC50值分别为1.15、1.98、4.95 g/L。[结论]坡柳皂苷对供试果蝇、小菜蛾具有较好的生物活性,对甘蓝蚜活性一般。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to explore the indoor activity of Paelallia saponin and provide a reference for the application of Paeonia lactiflora in the field of pesticide. [Method] The gastric poisoning activity of Paleis saponin on Drosophila, non-selective antifeedant activity of Plutella xylostella larvae and selective antifeedant activity of cabbage aphid were determined by the methods of unlimited feeding, leaf disc and half-leaf method. [Result] The LC50 value of Paelallon saponins in male flies at 72 h was 0.367 7 g / L, and that of female flies was 0.532 9 g / L. The non-selection on the 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h The antifeedant activity decreased gradually, and the AFC50 increased from 0.443 g / L to 0.660 5 g / L. The AFC50 values at 24, 48 and 72 h for A. brassicae were 1.15, 1.98 and 4.95 g / L, respectively. [Conclusion] Paeonol Saponin had good biological activity against test fruit fly and Plutella xylostella and general activity to cabbage aphid.
