目的:根据慢性粒细胞白血病(慢粒)(CML)骨髓细胞中染色体有关特征改变,评估CML患者的药物治疗效果。方法:骨髓染色体制备采用短期培养法,应用Q显带技术对13例慢粒患者的细胞遗传学及细胞形态学资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经治疗后血象、骨髓象的缓解率明显高于细胞遗传学缓解率,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:染色体核型分析有助于判定慢粒患者的疗效评估。
OBJECTIVE: To assess the effects of medications in CML patients on the basis of chromosomal alterations in bone marrow cells from chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Methods: The bone marrow chromosome was prepared by short-term culture method. The Q-banding technique was used to analyze the cytogenetics and cell morphology of 13 patients with chronic granulocyte. Results: After treatment, the response rate of bone marrow was significantly higher than that of cytogenetic response (P <0.01). Conclusion: Chromosomal karyotyping is helpful to evaluate the curative effect of chronic granulocyte.
