组织形式是企业的重要组成部分,对于私募股权投资(Private Equity,PE)基金(以下简称“PE基金”)而言,组织形式直接影响基金的运作效率。目前,我国PE基金处于试点阶段,国家允许PE基金采取的组织形式包括公司型、合伙型和契约型,本文将结合实践,就公司型、合伙型和契约型三种PE基金组织形式选择过程中须重点关注的因素进行分析、比较。
