2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者易患充血性心力衰竭(CHF),而胰岛β细胞功能衰竭是T2DM主要发病原因之一,也是糖尿病病情和相关合并症发生发展的重要驱动力量。胰岛β细胞功能衰竭是糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者普遍存在的一种病理生理状态,而胰岛素介导的能量代谢发生障碍在其中起到重要的作用。本文就胰岛β细胞功能衰竭与CHF相关性的研究现状进行概述,阐述并了解两者之间的相关性,为临床寻找有效干预治疗的靶点,减少临床糖尿病患者心力衰竭的发生,减少住院率和死亡率具有重要临床意义。
Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are predisposed to congestive heart failure (CHF), and islet beta-cell failure is one of the major causes of T2DM and an important driving force for the development of diabetes and related comorbidities. Islet β-cell failure is a common pathophysiological condition in patients with diabetes mellitus and heart failure, and insulin-mediated energy metabolism disorders play an important role. In this paper, we summarize the current status of the study on the relationship between pancreatic β-cell failure and CHF, elaborate and understand the correlation between the two, find the target of effective intervention for clinical treatment, reduce the occurrence of heart failure in clinical diabetic patients and reduce the hospitalization rate And mortality have important clinical significance.
