随着我国经济的不断发展,人民的物质文化生活水平得到了极大的提高。尤其是国家近几年一号文件对于三农问题的政策倾斜,农村经济也藉此迅速发展壮大起来。但是随着农村经济发展的同时,农村文化建设也暴露出一系列的问题,笔者就影响农村文化建设的因素进行了理论分析,并针对这一系列问题提出几点自己的看法。
With the constant development of our economy, people’s material and cultural living standards have been greatly improved. In particular, the state’s policy on the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers on the No. 1 document has been tilted in recent years and the rural economy has also rapidly developed and expanded. However, with the development of rural economy, a series of problems have also been exposed in the construction of rural culture. The author makes theoretical analysis on the factors affecting the rural cultural construction and puts forward some opinions on this series of issues.
