教导主任是校长领导全校教育与教学工作的助手。其职责是:协助校长全面贯彻党的教育方针,执行《全日制小学暂行工作条例》、《全日制十年制小学教学计划》、《小学生守则》及各科教学大纲等来组织领导教学、政治思想、体育卫生、勤工俭学、提高教师等工作,保证学校正常教学秩序,不断提高教育、教学质量,培养有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的一代新人。
The Director of Education is the assistant to the principal who leads the education and teaching work of the whole school. Its responsibilities are to assist the principal in fully implementing the party’s education policy, implementing the “Regulations for the Provisional Work of Full-time Primary Schools,” “The 10-year Primary School Teaching Plan,” “Schoolchildren’s Code,” and the syllabus of various subjects to organize leadership teaching and politics. Ideological, sports and health, work-study, drop-out, and improvement of teachers work to ensure school normal teaching order, continuously improve the quality of education and teaching, and cultivate a new generation of people with ideals, ethics, culture, and discipline.
