7月3日,省政府办公厅(浙政办发[2000]102号文)下发《关于印发浙江省林业局职能配置、内设机构和人员编制规定的通知》,省林业局内设7个职能处室:办公室(政策法规处)、绿化造林处、森林资源处(野生动植物保护处)、森林公安处、计划财务处、科学技术处、人事教育处及机关党委。省林业局机关编制为56名。其中:局长1名,副局长3名;处级领导职数18名(含机关党委专职副书记1名)。局机关离退休干部工作人员编制按有关规定另行核定。纪检、监察机构的设置、人员编制和领导职数按有关文件规定执行。
