从政多年的岳父离休以后,第一件事就是集中力量完成了10万余字的回忆录。岳父曾担任过一个农业县的县委书记,主抓农业工作多年,对做好农村工作深有体会。为了总结多年农村工作的得失,他给自己的回忆录命名为《我所经历的事》。岳父写回忆录的目的很明确:“作为受党组织培养教育多年的老党员,离休以后要活到老、学到老,为现代化建设发余光、献余热。”历时两年,岳父顺利写完了回忆录初稿,并嘱咐我修改润色、代写序言。
