新课程改革的不断深入,要求教师要有全新的教育理念,全面的教育教学能力,全新的教学行为。教学反思无论对教师自身教学水平的提高,还是对构建和谐高效课堂都有着举足轻重的作用。结合多年的教学实践,谈谈自己对教学反思的理解和实践。一、教学反思的作用一是有助于教师逐步培养和发展自己对和谐课堂教学实践的判断、思考和分析能力,从而为进一步深化自己的实践性知识,为实现和谐高效课堂教育教学。换言之,进行教学反思有助于教师立足于教学实践,深入地钻研、体会教学理论,从而不断提高自身专业素质和能力。美国心理学家波斯纳提出了教师成长的公式:成长=经验+反思。有的教师已
