目的:探讨中医肾阴虚与下丘脑弓状核毁坏后中枢单胺类递质代谢的关系。方法;用谷氨酸单钠(MSG,出生后2、4、6、8、10天,4mg/g皮下注射)造成大鼠弓状核毁坏后继发性下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴功能亢进模型,观察其下丘脑单胺类递质含量和体重增长的变化。结果:新生期大鼠给予MSG,成年后下丘脑单胺类递质中多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素等含量显著降低;同时还表现体重减轻、肥胖、鼻-肛长度缩短等生长受抑现象。滋补肾阴名方左归丸能不同程度改善上述异常指标。结论:MSG大鼠中枢单胺类递质的代谢异常与中医肾阴虚相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the metabolism of monoamine neurotransmitters in the central nervous system following the destruction of the kidney yin deficiency and hypothalamic arcuate nucleus. Method; secondary hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis following destruction of the arcuate nucleus in rats with monosodium glutamate (MSG, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 days after birth, subcutaneously at 4 mg/g) The hyperthyroidism model was used to observe changes in monoamine neurotransmitter content and body weight gain in the hypothalamus. Results: MSG was administered to neonatal rats. The content of dopamine and norepinephrine in the monoamine neurotransmitters of the hypothalamus was significantly decreased in adulthood, and the growth suppression, weight loss, obesity, and shortened nose-anal length were also observed. Nourishing Kidney Yinming Fang Zuogui Pill can improve the above abnormal indicators in different degrees. Conclusion: Metabolic abnormalities of central monoamine neurotransmitters in MSG rats are related to kidney yin deficiency in Chinese medicine.
