1984年7月2-8日,林业部和中国林学会在广东省遂溪县主持召开了全国林木引种经验交流会和引种成功树种论证会。参加会议的有来自全国各省(区)、市林业厅(局) 的代表和有关的林业生产、科研单位和院校,以及植物园、树木园的专家和科技人员,共148人。中国林学会理事长吴中伦出席了会议,并作了题为“林木引种工作的回顾与设想”的报告。
From July 2-8, 1984, the Ministry of Forestry and the Chinese Society of Forestry hosted a national exchange seminar on the introduction of forest trees and the demonstration of the successful introduction of species trees in Suixi County, Guangdong Province. Attending the meeting were representatives from various provinces (autonomous regions) and municipal forestry offices (bureaus) and related forestry production and research institutes and institutions as well as experts and scientific and technological personnel of botanical gardens and arboretums, a total of 148 people. Wu Zhonglun, chairman of the Chinese Academy of Forestry, attended the meeting and gave a presentation titled “Review and Assumption of Tree Introduction”.
