当前,企业改革已经进入了一个攻坚闯关的关键时期,如不从企业经营机制上搞改革,在企业资产重组、挂靠上和抓大放小上搞突破,就难以实现企业上规模,上水平,增效益,企业也永远走不出低谷,没有翻身之日。根据当前企业产权制度改革政策,结合我厂具体情况,按照产权明晰、权责明确、企业结构重组、经营机制重塑的改革思路,通过企业结构重组、挂靠、破产、分流、改造等一系列改革政策,改善印刷厂经营机制,摆脱困难境。
