明朝在澳门问题上的失误一是默许定居酿祸根 ,二是容忍设官自治有损主权 ;前清的失误是错过了驱逐殖民者出澳门的时机 ;晚清的失误一是坐观葡萄牙破坏中国在澳门行使主权 ,二是让葡萄牙骗得了“永驻管理”澳门的特权 ;北洋政府、民国政府的失误是坐失收回澳门的良机
The mistakes of the Ming dynasty on the Macao issue were tacit acquiescence to settle the brewing roots and the second was to tolerate the loss of sovereignty of the government. The mistakes of the previous Qing mistaken the opportunity of expelling the colonists out of Macao. The mistakes of the late Qing dynasty were confused by the devastation of Portugal China exercises its sovereignty over Macao. Second, it has given Portugal the privilege of “forever administering” Macao. The failure of the Beiyang government and the Republic of China government is an opportunity to withdraw from Macao.
