目的:了解掌握昆明地区水源水体中微囊藻毒素和溶解性有机碳的分布和含量,为水处理工艺提供依据。方法:通过常年监测结果,按照藻类生长的初期和高峰期,选择每年5月和9月两个拐点,对主要水源点采样,对藻类计数、溶解性有机碳、微囊藻毒素含量进行监测分析。结果:昆明地区不同水源水体中均检测到藻类,但在不同水体中优势藻类各有不同;溶解性有机碳含量0.89~38.29 g/L;微囊藻毒素含量0.41~10.20μg/L。结论:部分水体富营养化,藻类污染严重,需采用合适的水处理工艺对藻类和有机污染物进行去除。
Objective: To understand the distribution and content of microcystin and dissolved organic carbon in water bodies in Kunming, and to provide the basis for water treatment. Methods: According to the results of perennial monitoring, according to the initial and peak periods of algae growth, two inflection points of May and September each year were selected. The main water sources were sampled and the algae counts, dissolved organic carbon and microcystin were monitored . Results: Algae were detected in different water bodies in Kunming area, but dominant algae were different in different water bodies. The content of dissolved organic carbon was 0.89-38.29 g / L and the content of microcystin was 0.41-10.20 μg / L. Conclusion: Some of the water bodies are eutrophic and the algae are seriously polluted. Therefore, appropriate water treatment processes are needed to remove algae and organic pollutants.
