随着当前“互联网+”时代的迅速发展,企业对网络工程师、网络技术服务人员的岗位能力也提出了新要求。而现行各高职计算机网络技术专业人才培养、培养方法、教学模式上还停留在培养传统低层次网络技术服务人才需求水平,因而引入创新型“四位一体”人才培养模式,培养综合能力强的网络技术高水平应用型人才显得尤其重要。文章就此展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。
