分析了南京某越江泥水盾构隧道施工过程中8次换刀刀具磨损情况。对切削刀刀具磨损进行系统分类,分为两大类、九小类;研究得出:粉细砂地层中刀具磨损较小,该地层中刀具磨损过程分为三阶段,先行刀容许切削轨迹长为1 300 km;砂卵石地层刀具磨损严重,该地层刀具磨损过程分为两阶段,距离刀盘中心最远处刀具磨损普遍严重,随着掘进断面砂卵石含量比例增加刀具磨损相应增大,先行刀容许切削轨迹长为180~230 km,研究得出在砂卵石地层中刀具磨损的包络线。
The wear and tear of 8 tool changing tools during the construction of a shield tunnel in Nanjing across the Yangtze River was analyzed. The cutter tool wear is systematically classified into two categories and nine sub-categories. The study shows that the tool wear in the fine sand formation is small.
