某大厦工程基坑周边市政管线复杂,为减少开挖阶段围护墙的变形和周边地表沉降,需增加坑内的被动土压力,保护周边环境。在主楼和辅楼基坑中,分别采用大面积高压旋喷桩加固和高压旋喷桩满堂加固。通过研究旋喷桩施工时对周边管线的影响幅度、范围及技术参数,使施工处于良好的受控状态。
The complexity of municipal pipelines around the foundation pit of a building project, in order to reduce the deformation of the retaining wall and the settlement of the surrounding ground during the excavation, it is necessary to increase the passive earth pressure in the pit to protect the surrounding environment. In the main building and auxiliary building foundation pit, large-area high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile and high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile were used to reinforce each other. By studying the influence extent, range and technical parameters on the surrounding pipeline during the construction of rotary jet grouting pile, the construction is in good controlled condition.
