一、序言众所周知,录音带、录像带、计算机磁带和软磁盘等磁记录材料正迅速发展。这些磁记录介质均以塑料薄膜作基体。传统的带基材料是纸、醋酸酯(二醋酸纤维素、三醋酸纤维素)、硬质聚氯乙烯和聚酯,而现在则几乎全部使用聚酯薄膜。它在尺寸稳定性、抗张强度、表面粗糙度和成本上都优于其它材料。今后,磁记录材料将不断向高性能方向发展,继γ-氧化铁和二氧化铬之后,又出现了金属、蒸镀、钡铁氧体和钴铬溅射膜等。磁记录
I. Preface As everyone knows, magnetic recording materials such as audio cassettes, videotapes, computer tapes and floppy disks are rapidly evolving. These magnetic recording media are plastic film as a matrix. Traditional tape-based materials are paper, acetate (cellulose diacetate, cellulose triacetate), rigid polyvinyl chloride and polyester, and now almost all use polyester film. It is superior to other materials in terms of dimensional stability, tensile strength, surface roughness and cost. In the future, magnetic recording materials will continue to develop in the direction of high performance.
