目的探讨PDCA循环提高ICU低年资护士工作质量的疗效。方法以我院ICU低年资护士为研究对象,护士年龄22~26岁,平均年龄(24.1±2.7)岁。随机抽取PDCA循环法培训前和培训后100例患者,分析ICU低年资护士在护理工作中不良事件发生情况;对比培训前和培训后患者对ICU低年资护士护理满意度。结果培训前和培训后ICU低年资护士在护理工作中不良事件发生情况比较有差异(P<0.05);培训前、后患者对ICU低年资护士护理满意度比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论通过PDCA循环法,可以提高ICU低年资护士工作质量。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle on improving the quality of nurses working in ICU with low seniority. Methods The nurses in ICU with low seniority in our hospital were studied. The nurses were 22 to 26 years old and the average age was (24.1 ± 2.7) years old. 100 patients before and after training in PDCA cycle were randomly selected to analyze the incidence of adverse events in nursing work of nurses with low seniority in ICU. The satisfaction of nursing care of nurses with low seniority in ICU before and after training was compared. Results Before and after training, the incidence of adverse events among nurses with low qualifications in ICU was significantly different (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of nurses in ICU was significantly different before and after training (P <0.05) . Conclusions PDCA circulation method can improve the quality of nurses working in ICU with lower seniority.
