In the past 20 years of reform and opening up, China’s rural areas have undergone earth-shaking changes. Farmers have become wealthy, and after basically solving “clothing, food and housing”, they naturally have to consider “walking”. As a result, economical and practical motorcycles naturally entered many peasant families. The peasants used motorcycles to go to the village to make small businesses and engage in small transportation to become a beautiful landscape in the countryside. However, due to various reasons, the number of rural households with motorcycles is only a small percentage, and there is still a big gap from popularization. What is the crux of the problem? The author investigated the rural motorcycle consumption market in Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province.
