本文叙述的材料出气测试系统有三个显著的特点:一是它通过一个“复合磨口”把测样室与抽气系统活接起来,因而使玻璃超高真空测试装置能够简便而快速地取放试样;二是在测试过程中,流量孔能够加盖封死,从而实现了用恒流导法测量与用定容法测量相结合。这就提供了测出试样长时间微量出气的可能性;三是可以测量多种材料与同一个试样的不同比表面(试样表面积与有效抽速之比)的出气速率。
