随着信息与通讯产业在世界范围内的蓬勃兴起,社会的信息环境正在发生着前所未有的变化,人类社会迈进了一个以信息技术为中心的新时代。作为信息集散地和教育基地的图书馆,信息化对其业务的影响更是显而易见。在信息化背景下,图书馆正在从传统的纸质图书馆向现代数字图书馆、电子图书馆和虚拟图书馆发展。图书馆的信息服务方式也由传统信息服务方式向现代信息服务方式转变。为此,现有的图书馆在信息组织方式、管理方式等方面都必须有转变。
With the vigorous rise of the information and communication industry in the world, the information environment of society is undergoing unprecedented changes. As a result, human society has stepped into a new epoch centered with information technology. As an information center and educational base of the library, the impact of information technology on their business is even more obvious. Under the background of informationization, the library is developing from the traditional paper library to modern digital library, electronic library and virtual library. Library information service from the traditional information services to modern information services change. For this reason, the existing libraries must change in the way of information organization and management.
